What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Contact form: name, email, message
• Project brief: name, email, phone, company, needs, budget, timeline, details, reference link
• Audit and checklist forms: website URL and email

Our server also records your IP address and browser user-agent with each submission, for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals
• To send the audit, checklist you asked for
• To prevent spam and abuse

Analytics and advertising

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. If that changes, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated first.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored on our own server in India-accessible infrastructure (AWS, Mumbai region) with restricted access. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a business relationship continues.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and email), or where required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@vjvtech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
